tbGetArr()
Gets an element from the array associate to the LIST-BOX
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbGetArr(<oTbr>,<aSource>,<nEle>) --> uVal

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     Object on which to get the position
     <aSource>  Array to browse through
     <nEle>     Possible element to withdraw.

Returns:

     <uVal> Element to withdrawn from the array.

Description:

     Permits the withdraw an element from the array associated to the
     LIST-BOX.

Example:

     // The example of tbGetArr()
     // is in the array of the combo
