tbConfig()
Configures internal parameters
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbConfig( <oTbr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object

Returns:

     <oTbr> Configured tBrowse object

Description:

     Brings the values of internal tBrowse parameters up-to-date

Example:

     // create a new tBrowse
     LOCAL oTbr := tbBrwNew( 3, 10, 13, 75 )
     // ...
     tbSetKey( oTbr                               ,;
               1                                  ,;
               {||"001"}                          ,;
               {||BolRow->CodBol==BolHea->CodBol} ,;
               {||BolRow->CodBol!=BolHea->CodBol}  )
     // ...
     tbConfig( oTbr ) // Configure internal parameters
