tbCtrlPos()
Returns a control position inside an object
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbCtrlPos( <oTbr>, <cId> ) --> nPos

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object.
     <cId>      Control Id.

Returns:

     <nPos> Position of the given control in the controls array.

Description:

     Returns a control position inside its object.

Example:

     ? tbCtrlPos( oTbr, "lsb0001" ) // E.g. 3
