Changes the attribute of a screen section

Syntax:

     dfCngAtr( <nTop>, <nLeft>    ,;
               <nBottom>, <nRight>,;
               <nAtr>              )  --> NIL

Parameters:

     <nTop>, <nLeft>, <nBottom>, <nRight> Section coordinates.

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Changes the color attribute of a specified screen section.

Example:

     dfCngAtr( 0, 0, 24, 29, 30 ) // Yellow on Blue
     dfCngAtr( 0, 0, 24, 29, -1 ) // White on Blue
