dfCfgPal()
Change the default color of the palettes
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfCfgPal() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Activates an interactive environment in which the user can change the
     default color of the palettes

Example:

     dfCfgPal() // Call the palettes configuration
