dbZoom()
Displays a Box with a Zoom effect

Syntax:

     dbZoom( <nTop>, <nLeft>, <nBottom>, <nRight>,;
             [<cColor>], [<nShadow>], [<cBorder>],;
             [<nDelay>], [<nSound>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <nTop>, <nLeft>, <nBottom>, <nRight> Box Coordinates.
     <cColor>   Optional Box color.
     <nShadow>  Optional shadow color.
     <cBorder>  Optiional border color.
     <nDelay>   Zooming speed.

Returns:

     NONE

Description:

     Displays a Box with a Zoom effect.

Example:

     dbZoom( 10, 10, 20, 70, "W+/B" ) // displays a BOX
                                      // using color "W+/B"
