   Every document that is to be printed can be associated a layout.

   A layout is a set of parameters that specify the margins and the printer
   control codes. These parameters will determine the final aspect of the
   printed document.

   The different printer layout settings are specified in the DBSTART.INI
   file, within the [Report] section, or within the printer dialog box
   displayed when printing. It is possible to define the printer, the output
   port, the margins and the page length.

   Each report can be associated to a different printer and output port.
