dbScrRes()
Restores a saved screen
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dbScrRes( [<cLab>], [<nTop>], [<nLeft>],;
                [<nBottom>],[<nRight>],[<lZoom>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cLab>     Name of the screen to be restored. Default is "dmm".
     <nTop>,<nLeft>,<nBottom>,<nRight> Coordinates
     <lZoom>    Zoom restore screen

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Restores a saved screen from the internal SCREENSTACK.

Example:

     dbScrSav()  // Save
     // ...
     dbScrRes()  // Restore
