dfASCpyLib()
Copy a library in another
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfASCpyLib( <cFrom>, <cTo>, [<lCreate>] ) --> nError

Parameters:

     <cFrom>    From library
     <cTo>      Target library
     <lCreate>  If .T. is created the Target library. DEFAULT .T.

Returns:

     <nError>   Execution error. If 0 there aren't problem

Description:

     Copy a library in another

Example:

     dfASCpyLib( "dati", "nuovo" ) // Copy a library in
                         // another
