dfFileLock()
Locks the given file
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfFileLock( <aFile> ) --> lLock

Parameters:

     <aFile>    Array to which the file must be added if the lock succeeds.

Returns:

     <lLock> Is .T. if the lock succeeds.

Description:

     Locks the current file and adds it to the specified array

Example:

     LOCAL aFile:={}
     Cli->(dfFileLock( aFile )) // Lock a file
     dfFileUnLock( aFile )      // UnLock a file
