dbMsgSound()
Display an error message without button
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dbMsgSound( <cMsg>, [<nTime>], [<lSound>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cMsg>     Error message
     <nTime>    Time to wait
     <lSound>   If .T. enable the sound

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Display an error message without button

Example:

     dbMsgSound( "Test Message" )
