dbMne2Act()
Returns the action associated with a message

Syntax:

     dbMne2Act( <cMsg> ) --> cAct

Parameters:

     <cMsg>     Message.

Returns:

     <cAct> Associated action.

Description:

     Returns the action associated with a given message.

Example:

     ? dbMne2Act( "Esc" ) // returns "esc"
