dfVRGet()
Gets an Element from the VIRTUAL RECORD
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfVRGet(<aVRec>,<cFile>) --> aVRLocal

Parameters:

     <aVRec>    Array of the Virtual Record
     <cFile>    Name of the file to get

Returns:

     <aVRLocal> Virtual Record relative to the file

Description:

     Permits of get an element of the virtual RECORD previously added with
     dfVRAddFle() .

Example:

     LOCAL aVirtual:={}
     
     // Creates the entry for the Virtual Record
     LOCAL aRec:= dfVRCreate()
     
     LOCAL aGet
     
     // Code Client
     aRec VR_NAME:= "Cli"
     
     // adds it to the Virtual Record
     dfVRAddFle(aVirtual,{}, aRec)
     
     // Returns the array of the added element
     aGet:= dfVRGet(aVirtual, "cli")
