dbDeState()
Returns the Data-Entry status
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dbDeState( <xDeState> ) --> cDeState

Parameters:

     <xDeState> Data-Entry status. The legal value can be found in
     dBseeDe.CH.

Returns:

     <cDeState> Message associated to the given Data-Entry status.

Description:

     Returns the system message that is associated to a given Data-Entry
     status.

Example:

     ? dbDeState( DE_STATE_INK ) // "View"
