tbSys()
Brings the specified controls up-to-date
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbSys( <oTbr>, <oMaster> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object
     <oMaster>  Owner object of the controls

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Brings up-to-date the controls of the <oMaster> object

Example:

     tbSys( oLsb0001, oTbr )
