TBREALTOP()
Returns the TOP coordinate of an object

Syntax:

     TBREALTOP( <oTbr> ) --> nTop

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object.

Returns:

     <nTop> Top row of the object.

Description:

     Returns the object's top row, also considering the menu row.

Example:

     #include "dfWin.ch"
     LOCAL oTbr := tbBrwNew(3, 10, 13, 75)
     // ...
     ? TBREALTOP( oTbr )   // Top row
