M_SETUP()
Initialises the mouse internal variables
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     M_SETUP( [<lFast>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <lFast>    Enable fast reset. DEFAULT .F.

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Inits the mouse internal variables. This operation must be performed
     before the mouse can be used.

Example:

     M_SETUP()
     M_INIT()
