M_SETCHAR()
Sets the mouse cursor characters

Syntax:

     M_SETCHAR( <cTop>, <cLeft>     ,;
                <cBottom>, <cRight>  ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cTop>, <cLeft>, <cBottom>, <cRight> Characters to define the mouse
     cursor.

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Sets the four characters that define the mouse cursor's shape.

Example:

     M_SETCHAR( 193, 194, 195, 196)
