M_DBDELAY()
Sets the time delay for the double click
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     M_DBDELAY( <nMil> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <nMil>     Time delay in milliseconds.

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Sets the maximim time delay between two consecutive clicks in a double
     click.

Example:

     M_DBDELAY( 8 ) // eight milliseconds
