dfTimer()
Display a timer
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfTimer( [<cTitle>], [<lDown>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cTitle>   Window title
     <lDown>    If .T. enable a countdown

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Display a timer

Example:

     dfTimer() // Display a timer
