dfRestScre()
RESTORE SCREEN with effect

Syntax:

     dfRestScre( <nTop>, <nLeft>,;
            <nBottom>, <nRight>,;
            <cScr>, [<cColor>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <nTop>, <nLeft>, <nBottom>, <nRight> Coordinate
     <cScr>     Screen to use
     <cColor>   Color to use fot the effect. DEFAULT "W+/G"

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Use this function to make a restore screen with some nice effect

Example:

     LOCAL cScr := SAVESCREEN( 0, 0, MAXROW(), MAXCOL() )
     
     // Elaboration
     
     dfRestScre( 0, 0, MAXROW(), MAXCOL(), cScr )
