   The second pushbutton allows for regenerating the Standard Help file for
   the application, namely DBHLP.DBF. This help file is created in the
   \DBSEE4\TMP\BIN, which represents the directory with the base of each new
   project. The file is created by merging all the SUT*.TXT files,
   corresponding to the Standard User help Text files. Any
   additional text blocks, entered in the Technical Notes, are ignored.
