   The Tools button opens a sub-menu of buttons (maximum of 6) than can
   be configured by the programmer in the Service/Configure tools
   environment.

   The customisation of the Tools environment consists in adding functions
   not provided by default by the system. These functions consist in a set of
   instructions contained within a template. They can, for example, be used
   to create a printable representation of the project reporitory's database.
