Syntax:

     dfMsgRolC(<cStr>,<nDelay>,<nRow>) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cStr>     String to display
     <nDelay>   Delay of the display. DEFAULT 15
     <nRow>     Rows of display. MAXROW DEFAULT()

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Display a centered string with sliding amimation. The function is
     useful for a nice effect in presentations
