   A Variable control is used for printing data contained in a memory
   variable.

   The variables are brought in Design mode of the report format by using the
   Alt-5 keys. After having positioned the variable control in the report
   and having highlighted it (by positioning the cursor on the control),
   pressing the Space Bar will activate its Definition frame.
