   Allows to add a new File to the Report and thus to the Virtual Record
   structure. This button is only active, if the cursor highlights a file or
   one of its groupings.

   When choosing to add a new file, you must choose the position of the file
   in relation to the virtual record associated to the Report being defined.
   This choice is made by highlighting one of the elements displayed in the
   upper part of the screen. The new file will be inserted as a child.

   The File button will display a list of files having a 1:N or 1:1
   relation with the highlighted file, allowing the selection of the desired
   file.

   Remember that LookUp files (N:1 relations) can not be added to the virtual
   record. Fields coming from such files can still be included in the report
   during design.
