   Allows to access the properties of the report bands relative to the
   highlighted element. Depending on the element highlighted, different
   pushbuttons are displayed. If the highlighted element is a Report object,
   the available bands are: Report Banner, Page Footer, Report
   Footer and Page Header. If the highlighted element is a file or a
   group, the bands available are: Header, Body and Footer.

   By pressing one of these buttons, you can access and modify the properties
   of the chosen band. In this context, different options can be managed:
   activation or deactivation, modifying the size and manage the page break
   within it.

   Key F1 allows access to the Help on the selected property.
