   To define a Invoice-like report, proceed as follows:

     . From the application environment, press the Menu labels
       and Reports buttons. Select the Invoice-like button to access
       the Definition Frame of the report format.

     . Insert the information necessary for the definition of the
       new report. The menu label, the name of both files and the indexes,
       and the object name must be entered. The report object name also
       becomes the source progam name. For the selection of the main file and
       the index, the F7 can be used.

     . If the Check Box on the definition frame is checked (with
       Space), dBsee will generate a report with a Standard Report
       Layout. In this way, a standardised report format is automatically
       created, that can serve as a basical report. But if it is not checked,
       the report will be empty, and must be designed manually.

     . Press F10 to confirm the entered data. A Grab on the
       entered data will take place.

     . If a standard report layout is selected, all fields of the
       child file will be displayed. The fields of the parent file are always
       loaded on the report. From the child fields, choose those to insert in
       the standard report by using Ctrl-Space Bar. In the fields frame,
       the . symbol will be added for each field selected. Press
       Enter to confirm.

     . Press Esc twice to return to the main menu, then select
       1) the Objects button followed by Design or 2) Design to
       display the format defined with a standard layout by the system.
