The Edit Browse object is made for the insertion and the modification of
records displayed within a Browse object or a List Box control. In the
Edit Browse object, information relative to a single record is shown (the
currently highlighted record of the Browse object or List Box).

The deletion of a Browse object does not delete the associated Edit Browse
(it could be associated to another Browse). This Edit Browse will remain
available as object and will be visible in the Entity environment.

The properties and functionalities of an Edit Browse object are similar to
those of a Form object. The only difference lies in the fact that an Edit
Browse must always be associated to a Browse. The Edit Browse is also
classified in a category of its own in the Entities environment.

In the design stage of the Browse object, the Enter key is used to
access the Edit Browse. In the final application, the Ins opens the
Edit Browse in insert mode, while the Space Bar enters in
modify mode. The Edit Browse also handles a special function key,
F9, which saves the data and continues with a new insertion (like
pressing F10 followed immediately by Ins).

The file associated to the Edit Browse is, of course, the same as the one
associated to the Browse object. The link between the two objects makes
the Edit Browse edit the data of the same record highlighted on the
Browse. The Browse may also display only part of the file's fields. the
Edit Browse allows edit of all the fields of the file.

The Definition Frame is the same as the one used for Form objects.
Therefore, any additional information about defining and modifying an Edit
Browse object can be found in the paragraph relative to Form objects.
