   Allows for the definition of a menu label used to open a submenu of
   options.

   This type of label is characterised by the Label identifier, shown on
   the bottom part of the menu window, and is distinguished by the
   << symbol that is associated on the left side of the
   label numberings. If a new label is inserted by positioning the cursor on
   one of the main labels or on a label that opens a sub-menu, the system
   will ask if a new label is to be inserted at the same level (Flat) or at a
   lower level (Lower).
