   In the case that the foreign key of the Lookup relation does not
   correspond to a valid choice in the Lookup file (i.e. the data entered is
   not found), the generated application will ask the operator if the data
   entered has to be added to the Lookup file, thus creating a valid entry.
   If yes, the system will propose a data entry form (automatic or not) where
   the new data can be entered.

   The Pre evaluation button allows to specify which fields, in the
   Lookup file, should be evaluated before editing the form's get fields.

   The system will display the list of fields of the Lookup file that are
   pre-evaluated, along with the pre-evaluation expression.

   New entries can be added to this list, or fields can be removed. Pressing
   the Space key will allow for modifying the expression entered.
