   To access the management environment for inherited fields, proceed as
   follows:

     . Access the definition environment by pressing the
       Dictionary button from the dBsee main menu.

     . Position the cursor in correspondence to the file containing
       the field with the lookup relation and whose inherited fields are to
       be displayed. Press the Fields button.

     . Now press the Current File button to obtain a global
       view of the relations set.

     . Use the keys to vertically scroll through the relations and
       highlight the desired N:1 relation.

     . Press the Space Bar.

     . Select the Inherit button and confirm with Enter. A
       window containing a list of all the inherited fields from the parent
       file will appear.

     . If modifications are to be made to those already set, select
       the field desired by using the arrow keys and press Space Bar to
       access the definition frame. Enter the modifications and confirm with
       F10 until you reach the main level of the Dictionary
       environment.
