   The applications produced by dBsee are provided with a contextual on-line
   help generated automatically by the system. When defining the project,
   specific information that will serve as a guide in the generated
   application can be added to the Technical Notes field. This text will
   be added to the standard help pages and will make up the help of the
   generated application.

   The text entered in the Technical Notes on a field will be part of both
   the technical documentation, the user manual and the help of the
   application. If the text is only to become part of the contextual help,
   the #hlp marker must precede the text and the code #end must end
   it.
