   In the definition environment of the Data Dictionary the following keys
   Ins, Space Bar and Del, are used to respectively insert,
   modify and delete a file's properties. The System-menu box shown in the
   file frame allows you to use the mouse to activate the same
   functionalities. The Space Bar opens the file definition frame.
   Important data, such as the parameters necessary for the generation and
   control of the file, can be inserted in this mask. The file opening mode,
   if working in a network, and the path to use when opening, along with the
   descriptive test that will become part of the technical and user
   documentation and the help of the final application, are some of the
   attributes that can be associated to a file either when defining it or at
   a later time.
