INFINITY()

Syntax:     INFINITY()

Returns:    A numeric value.
            The largest number possible for Clipper is returned.

Usage:      This function can be used to create a loop, with increment,
            which will allow the highest possible value Clipper can return.

Notes:      The value of the number is 1.999 * 2
