I'm getting an IE 4424 at ORDCREATE(0)!  Why?

Comix was unable to create a temporary file when creating an index.  Here
are the possible reasons:

o   FILES= isn't set high enough in CONFIG.SYS.

o   SWAPPATH or TEMPPATH environment variable is pointing at an invalid
    path.  This can occur two ways:

    1)  Burned in an invalid path using your linker
    2)  Set wrong in DOS.

o   You don't have enough server file handles available for your
    workstation.

o   You don't have enough file handles available on the file server.
