cmxKeyCount() includes deleted records!  Why?

cmxKeyCount() counts the number of records in the index.  The key for a
record remains in the index even when the record is deleted.

If you want to count just the keys that are index and not deleted, build
your index on <expr> FOR !deleted() or use ClipMore/CMX and cmKeyCount().
