 Extend API example implementing STUFF() function

     STUFF.C implements a CA-Clipper-callable STUFF() function using the
     Extend API.  The syntax is as follows:

     STUFF(<cString>, <nStart>,
        (<nDelete>, <cInsert>) --> cNewString

     STUFF() deletes and inserts characters into <cString>.
