     The new syntax for the REINDEX command is:

     REINDEX [EVAL <lCondition>] [EVERY <nRecords>]

     EVAL <lCondition> specifies a condition that is evaluated either for
     each record processed or at the interval specified by the EVERY
     <nRecords> clause.
