CenterEnd()
Returns/writes HTML Center end tag </Center>

Syntax:
CenterEnd() ---> cString
Arguments: None
Returns: A character string consisting of the generated HTML tag.
Description:
Generates Center end tag to stop centering.
The generated string is always returned. The string will be written
to standard-out depending on the value of StopWrite().
The default StopWrite() value is FALSE. Setting the StopWrite() value
to TRUE will suspend the write to standard-out.
Must be preceded with CenterBeg() to start centering.
Examples:
Using CenterEnd() on one line.
CenterBeg()
htmlWrite( "This line is centered" )
CenterEnd()
Using CenterEnd() with multiple lines.
CenterBeg()
htmlWrite( "Line 1 ......." )
Br()
htmlWrite( "Line 2 ....." )
Br()
htmlWrite( "Line 3 .." )
CenterEnd()
Alternate:
htmlWrite( '</Center>' )
