xErrSys is a version of the Clipper errorsys.prg with all screen writing
commands and functions converted to write HTML using htmlWrite().

No CGI program should write to the server screen.

Failure to use the xErrSys.obj file in your compiles will result in
web server hang-ups if a Clipper error occurs.

You may, of course, write your own error trapping program which writes
errors to htmlWrite() instead of the screen.
