FormEnd()
Returns/writes HTML Form end tag </form>

Syntax:

  FormEnd()  --->  cString

Arguments: None

Returns: A character string consisting of the generated HTML tag.

Description:

  Generates Form end tag to end a form section.

  The generated string is always returned. The string will be written
  to standard-out depending on the value of StopWrite().
  The default StopWrite() value is FALSE. Setting the StopWrite() value
  to TRUE will suspend the write to standard-out.

  Must be preceded by FormBeg() to start the section.

Examples: :

  FormBeg( "frmMain", "../cgi-bin/MyCgi.exe", "POST" )
    <INPUT ...
    <INPUT...
    <INPUT...
  FormEnd()
