FontBeg()
Returns/writes HTML Font begin tag and font attributes <font ...>

Syntax:

  FontBeg( [<cText>] )  --->  cString

Arguments:

  <cText> is a character string of attributes for the font tag.

Returns: A character string consisting of the generated HTML tag.

Description:

  Generates Font begin tag setting the font attributes supplied
  in the parameter <cText>.

  The generated string is always returned. The string will be written
  to standard-out depending on the value of StopWrite().
  The default StopWrite() value is FALSE. Setting the StopWrite() value
  to TRUE will suspend the write to standard-out.

  The font applies until a FormEnd() is called.

Examples:

  htmlWrite( "This line is displayed in the browser default font size" )
  FontBeg('size="2"')
  htmlWrite( "This line is displayed in font size 2" )
  htmlWrite( "This line is still displayed in font size 2" )
  FontEnd()
  htmlWrite( "Back to the previous font." )

Alternate:

  htmlWrite( '<Font " .. attribute string .. " >' )
