Returns/writes HTML Image tag <IMG ... >

Syntax:

  Image( <cSrc>, <cAlt>, [<cAttr>] )  --->  cString

Arguments:

  <cSrc> is a character string URL of the image file.

  <cAlt> is a character string to display on mouseover or
  if the image cannot be found.

  [<cAttr>] is a character string of other IMG tag attributes.

Returns: A character string consisting of the generated HTML tag.

Description:

  Generates IMG tag to display image files on the page.

  The generated string is always returned. The string will be written
  to standard-out depending on the value of StopWrite().
  The default StopWrite() value is FALSE. Setting the StopWrite() value
  to TRUE will suspend the write to standard-out.

Examples:

  Image( "../images/ClipXads.jpg", "It's Me!" )

Alternate:

  htmlWrite( '<IMG SRC="Your Image URL" ALT="Your alt message">' )
