 SCREEN CONTROL

 The Screen Control functions provide the ability to manipulate the
 screen display in many different ways.  The screen functions
 include routines for reading and capturing the screen, scrolling an
 area up, down, left, and right, setting, changing, or reading the
 screen color and attributes, and setting Clipper colors using
 numeric color codes.
