 SPECIAL EFFECTS

 The Special Effects functions provide a variety of methods for
 displaying windows and boxes, and displaying data on the screen.
 The functions may be used alone or in conjunction with other ClipOn
 functions to achieve sophisticated windowing effects.  The
 C_EXPLODE(), C_SLIDE(), and C_CURTAIN() functions use an optional
 parameter passed to the function to determine the speed at which
 they draw.  This can be a hard-coded value or a value returned by
 the C_CPUTIME() routine which returns a factor based on the speed
 of the computer.
