IsDlgButtonChecked()
Return the status of a dialog button or check box

Syntax
IsDlgButtonChecked( <hWndDlg>, <nId> )   -->   nResult

Arguments
<hWndDlg> is the handle of the dialog window.

<nId> is the numeric id of the item whose value is wanted.

Returns
Zero (0) means off (or not selected), non-zero means on (or
selected).  For a 3-state check box, one (1) is an X, two (2)
is a dark gray colour.  If <hWndDlg> is invalid, -1 is
returned.

Description
This function returns the current status of a button
(including a radio-button) or check box in a dialog.
