EnableWindow()
Enable/disable keyboard and mouse input for a window

Syntax
EnableWindow( <hWnd>, <lEnable> )   -->   lOldState

Arguments
<hWnd> is the handle to the window.

<lEnable> is a logical value, which should be TRUE (.T.) to
enable the window and FALSE (.F.) to disable it.

Returns
A logical TRUE (.T.) is returned if the window was previously
enabled.  Otherwise, FALSE (.F.) is returned.

Description
This function can be used to enable or disable mouse and
keyboard input to a window.  Any child windows of a disabled
window are also disabled.
