GetBkColor()
Get the current background colour

Syntax
GetBkColor( <hDC> )   -->   nColour

Arguments
<hDC> specifies the device context for a window.

Returns
The return value is a colour value (corresponding to colours
produced by the RGB() macro).

Description
This function returns the current background colour, which is
used for filling gaps in styled lines, hatching in brushes,
and the background when text is displayed.
