    Yes, if you have one.  You can either include the dialog using a
    resource compiler, or change the .dlg file to a .prg very easily.
    Changing the numeric ids to strings aids maintainability, too.

    You'll really like the ease of designing dialogs using this sort
    of visual tool (sold by Microsoft, Borland, and as part of the
    Symantec's Whitewater Resource Toolkit).

    Microsoft's AppStudio is excellent, as is Borland's Resource
    Workshop (which is part of the Clip-4-Win Toolkit).
